Dawn Hamilton is one of the UK’s leading health and wellness experts. As a coach, trainer, speaker, and author her greatest pleasure is sharing strategies for people to live healthy, meaningful, and happy lives.
She has a unique depth and breadth of knowledge in several healing disciplines and is known for her ability to translate complex topics into practical approaches that get results.

She is a vibrant speaker who provides cutting edge health information in an entertaining and useful way. She is the author of four books and regularly contributes to the media on health and wellness topics.
She holds a PhD in psychology from Cranfield University where she researched and developed strategies for overcoming stress and pressure. A Nutritional Therapist qualification from The Institute of Optimum Nutrition and a professional training in energy healing are also core components of her toolkit. A lifelong meditator and lover of yoga she has been practicing qigong for 13yrs.
15yrs of providing training courses in wellness, stress, and interpersonal skills to FTSE100 companies and SMEs, and a private practice where she has coached thousands of clients has given her a unique blend of skills and experience for creating the optimum conditions within which positive change can occur.
